QUESTIONS:

Q: Will you pick up anything other than glass?

A: Initially we are only focusing on glass since Gwinnett County no longer offers this service.

Q: What do you mean by “clean glass”?

A: Clean glass often refers to green, clear and brown bottles (ie. Beverage bottles, glass food containers)

Q: Do we have to rinse bottles before recycling?

A: Although we prefer that you do rinse bottles, it is not a hard fast requirement.

Q: Will you be providing bins?

A: Yes, we will provide one 12-gallon recycling cart or 10 gallon bin. Each additional recycling cart incurs an additional fee per calendar month.

Q: Where should the bins  go?

A: Roll carts/bins to curb, outside of house for easy pick up, much like your garbage collection on specified days.

Q: What if I want to cancel?

A: Cancellation is no problem. Simply contact us via website or give us a call to cancel service. Refer to Glass Recycling Services Agreement for details.
